Al-Qaeda document issues warning to India, says will target army officers who killed ‘Kashmiri brothers’
Al Qaeda in the Indian subcontinent (AQIS) has issued a 20-page document in the “code of conduct” that specifies the objectives, future goals and reiterating its loyalty to Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri.
AQIS, in the document, said its members are struggling with the Taliban and called on Muslims across the Indian subcontinent to join or support the “Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan,” as highlighted in the report The Long War Journal.

In addition to Afghanistan, AQIS has treated its tentacles in India, Pakistan, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
The code of conduct focuses specifically on Kashmir and said the team will be for Indian security facilities and leaders of Hindu “separatist” organizations, according to a report published in The Times of India.
“All military personnel are our target, whether in the war zone or in the barracks on their bases. Even the holiday staff is not exempt due to their fight against sharia implementation,” the document said in the document.
While asserting that the jihadist groups, sponsors of Pakistan and the fight against Indian forces in Kashmir, have much in common with the Taliban and Al Qaeda, the document says that is not enough. He called on all Muslims to “pledge their allegiance to the Islamic Emirate.”
While US guidance, the AQIS document said that Americans are a top priority in Pakistan. The United States is “the head of the infidelity world system” and “the central enemy against jihadist and Islamic awakening,” the document says.
“We are convinced that the defeat of the United States and its agents would result in victory for religious forces throughout the region,” the guide said, as reported by the PJ media.
AQIS also believes that a US withdrawal from Afghanistan will be a great help to its cause. The main objective of the AQIS, as indicated in the document is the defense of Afghanistan and bring it stability.
AQIS has a similar strategy for dealing with the military forces of Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Myanmar. The attacks against the Pakistani army against the soldiers are called and emphasizes that the military objectives in all the mentioned countries are considered appropriate.
“Officials are a higher priority than soldiers. More seniority, more our priority is to kill him. Army officers who have the blood of our Kashmiri brothers in their hands are our target,” the team said in the statement. Document of the published film.
The Times of India cited intelligence sources indicating they are closely related in development, as it occurs shortly after former Hizbul Mujahideen commander Zakir Musa has launched a new suit and openly acknowledged support for Al Qaeda.
Musa left the Hizbul costume after being pushed back in his threat to remove the leaders of Hurriyat as Ishfaq Naseem points out in this article.
Musa said his support for Al Qaeda in a video and said he wanted to thank the global militant organization to support Sharia.
The “code of conduct” Al-Qaeda also refers to Maulana Asim Umar, a resident of Sambhal Uttar Pradesh, as Chief of AQIS.
AQIS says it wants to “avoid confrontation and offend those people who do not take up arms against us.”
The document says: “We consider it essential to avoid hitting eligible targets in those places, because such operations can damage the Muslim masses and ensure that one is the punishment of Allah’s merit.”
